Minister Maureen Smith gave her life to Christ in 1994 and got baptized at Faith United Ministries where she still attends. She has served for over 20 years as one of the Sunday school teachers and also as the Christian Education Director. In 2015 she was nominated as the President for the Women's Ministry. She loves people and enjoys working with the women to strengthen their growth with the Lord, to nurture and to help in whatever way she can. She looks forward in visiting the shut-ins at the nursing homes, helping those who cannot help themselves and to encourage them.
   


At the age of 20, Minister Marilyn A Samuel-Hall - born in St. Vincent and Grenadines - gave her life to Christ. She later migrated to Canada and is the mother of two beautiful children.

As one keen on striving higher, Marilyn obtained a diploma at Career Canada College as a Laboratory technician then went on to further her education at George Brown College where she graduated as an Early Childhood Educator. Marilyn is gifted in her sector and works in the field as a registered educator.

In 2005 she began to attend Faith United Ministries, and immediately submitted herself to serving within the ministry. She forms an integral part of various aspects of the ministry including  the planning committee and Sunday school department. She is also involved in various charitable ventures such as the backpack projects and fundraising.

Marilyn was ordained as a Minister in 2015, and was voted into office as the Assistant Women’s President. She is passionate about the work of God. Marilyn proudly proclaims that Christ is the reason why she is alive, and as such she vows to stand and preach the Word of God without compromising.
